Besides caring for two children and living a blessed life with her husband of 10 years, you can find Julie planning meetings for NAWIC (Chicago Metro Chapter) or volunteering at church or her daughter?s school. She squeezes in the creative part of her life any time she can, which sometimes means late nights.
She has also been crafting since she can remember, and owes it to her mom for teaching her how to make something out of anything. Maybe looking at things and saying, ?I can do that?? is her innate Filipino thriftiness coming out. Not only is she a crafting nut, but an Oprah-Martha Stewart-Peter Walsh-Food Network-TLC-entertaining-organizing-lifestyle book reading-junkie.
She devoted 11 years to the construction industry, and still thinks about returning to it in the future.
